FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1Is the consultation free?

Yes. Titans Abroad does not charge for consultation, university guidance, or answering questions. You only pay the application fee when you are ready to formally start - and that fee goes directly toward your admission.

2How long does the full process take?

From submitting your documents to receiving your visa typically takes 40–60 working days. The pre-admission letter arrives within 7–10 working days. The JW202 visa letter takes 20–30 working days after that.

3Do I need MDCAT or IELTS to apply for MBBS in China?

No. MDCAT is not required for MBBS admissions in China. IELTS or TOEFL is not required at most universities. A small number of MOE-listed universities require IELTS 6.0. Our team will confirm the exact requirements for your chosen university.

4What is the application fee?

The application fee is typically RMB 1,000 – 2,000, paid directly to the university. Our team will confirm the exact amount for your chosen university before you proceed. The fee is non-refundable after the pre-admission letter is issued.

5What if my visa is rejected?

In the rare case of a visa rejection, most universities refund the tuition fee paid in advance. Service and liaison charges are generally non-refundable. Our team guides you through the correct process to minimise this risk.

6Can I apply for a spring (March) intake?

Yes. Several universities in China accept students for the March intake in addition to the September intake. Availability is limited - contact us as early as October for the spring intake.

7What happens after I arrive in China?

After arrival you go through university registration, hostel allotment, medical checkup, and visa extension at the local public security bureau. Our team guides you through all these steps and our on-ground contacts are available to assist after arrival.
