The MBBS (Clinical Medicine) program at China Medical University follows a standard 6-year structure: 5 years of academic study and 1 year of clinical internship. The program is fully English-medium from Day 1 - no HSK or Chinese language requirement at any stage. It is a major industrial and commercial hub with well-developed urban infrastructure including an international airport (Taoxian), metro system, and high-speed rail connections to Beijing (approximately 4 hours), Dalian, and other major Chinese cities.

CSCA Exam

All undergraduate MBBS applicants must sit the CSCA (China Standardized College Entrance Exam for International Students), administered by the Chinese government online. The exam is held 5 times per year (January, March, April, June, December). Mathematics is compulsory; Chemistry is the recommended elective for MBBS applicants. After submitting your application, China Medical University conducts a short online interview via Skype or WeChat with faculty. This is primarily to confirm your interest, basic English communication, and academic background.
