The LAWGID programme is a 120 ECTS Master's degree focused on the intersection of law, gender equality, intersectionality, and diversity. It provides legal and non-legal professionals with advanced knowledge and practical skills for gender mainstreaming.
The curriculum is delivered by a consortium of three European universities: the University of Belgrade (Serbia), LUMSA University (Italy), and Örebro University (Sweden). Students participate in a mobility scheme, spending the first semester in Belgrade, the second in Palermo, and the third in Örebro.
The final semester is dedicated to the preparation and defence of the Master's thesis at a partner university of the student's choice. Upon completion, graduates receive three nationally accredited diplomas, one from each partner institution.
The programme offers 12 Erasmus Mundus scholarships per intake across four two-year cycles. In addition to scholarship recipients, each partner university can admit up to 10 self-funded students per edition, bringing the total capacity to 30 students per cycle.
