Applicants must already hold, or be in the process of securing, an unconditional or conditional offer of admission to one of 12 carefully selected partner universities for a qualifying engineering, data, or technology master's program. The 12 participating universities span Scotland and England, ranging from world-renowned institutions to strong regional technical universities - including Imperial College London, University of Cambridge, University of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt University, and University of Strathclyde.

Selection is multi-stage and competitive.
